Sangenjaya House is a beautiful 86-year-old Japanese home with a rich history dating back to its construction in the 1930s. The house has been carefully renovated to offer guests a unique and luxurious experience that seamlessly blends traditional Japanese elements with modern amenities.

The first floor of Sangenjaya House has been renovated in a luxurious and minimalistic Scandinavian style, offering guests a comfortable and elegant space that is both modern and timeless. The natural materials, and simple yet sophisticated design complements the traditional Japanese elements found throughout the house.
Sangenjaya House second floor offers Japanese-style rooms, a peaceful retreat with traditional tatami mats and shoji sliding doors, and guests can enjoy the tranquil neighborhood from the second-floor balcony.

The house features a bright and spacious first floor that includes a fully equipped kitchen with western height on the worktop. With almost 7 meters of ceiling height over the fully equipped kitchen, Sangenjaya House features a family-sized fridge, built-in oven, washing machine, and a full-sized Electrolux dishwasher.

Bathrooms

For maximum comfort, the house is also equipped with four air conditioners, floor heating, and Japanese TOTO toilets.
One of the highlights of Sangenjaya House is the Japanese Rotenburo located in the garden. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Tokyo.
